Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninstalled, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of RF and radio equipment, items that have been installed, mounted, cut, trimmed, soldered, crimped, electrically used, tuned, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at ben@vfcomms.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may request photos or additional information to help assess the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom products or made-to-order items (such as custom lengths or special orders)

Items that have been installed, used, or modified

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
Because antenna performance depends on installation, environment, and operating conditions, performance differences alone do not constitute a defect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at ben@vfcomms.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
